I came here on Friday night around 8pm. You can reserve, but the website said it was primarily walk in so we did that instead. They took our name and number and texted us when we were ready. We only waited about 15 minutes and got seated afterwards. There's seating inside and out and it was very busy for a Friday night. We ordered as follows: Hush puppies: probably the best I've ever had. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I could eat just that and be satisfied. shrimp: for half a pound it was 15.00 which I thought was a steal and oh my gosh it was amazing. It came out in a bag with all the seasonings inside and dumped it onto a tray. The shrimp was huge and it was so flavorful. Fries: super crispy, I feel like they're double fried.. amazing Scallop risotto: perfectly seasoned, creamy and cheesy risotto with cherry tomatoes and baby greens. The cherry tomatoes could have been sweeter, but the overall dish was so good. Fish and chips: the fish was HUGE, crispy and overall amazing. The interior is clean, and the staff is very friendly. It took a bit for the food to come out, but it was worth the wait. I'll be a returning customer forsure!

You cannot get any fresher than a restaurant having their owns boats and going out and catching it all. Edamames steamed perfectly and topped with sea salt. Portion Size is huge. Shrimps were clean, fresh and seasoned well and you get 3 skewers. Yummy! The green beans and shiitake mushrooms were sautéd in adobo, Greek seasonings. The flavors were out of this world and cooked perfectly, Had snap! The slaw homemade of course, Finley chopped, little vinegar, a dash of mayo and some seasonings. The best and so fresh. The grouper sandwich clean, fresh and flavorful and a nice size portion and lots of. Fries. Well done! service was knowledgeable, attentive, loved the job and the place called home. The view of the water was relaxing and beautiful. This lovely place is a must to go enjoy.

For years I have heard of this place and how great it was...And they certainly weren't lying. Overall, it's a pretty decent grill, and the staff are polite. Alot of the food here is fried akin to Frenchy's, so keep that in mind before coming. If you like that? Then you are in for heaven on Earth. Me personally, I tried to eat what I could but it proved to be more than I could handle. They also have mocktails, albeit a small amount, which I strongly applaud. The ambiance is nice; it pretty much near a river and a harbor, so there are a lot of beautiful sights around the area. Granted, if you eat outside, it will be a bit smelly since it's near the bar...Not exactly the cleanest area, but also not filthy. This is definitely a place would come to with a group. I recommend only if you like seafood and don't get too queasy from fried food.

Great menu , affordable and easy on the budget whether it be just for drinks , a quick snack, full meal , desserts or just hang out to watch the sunset & listen to Music & relax. We Come back every so Often and it's our to-go place when we have family and friends visiting . That's how much we like the food , service and staff. Thank you!!

We decided on Whole Belly Clams because it trumped Greek food today. Well, not totally, because I got a box of Hellas pastries, but yes, haven't had fried whole belly clams in years because very few restaurants offer them. The regular French fries and coleslaw sides can be substituted for $1 so we picked Bacon Brussel Sprouts Gratin and Loaded Skillet Potatoes. We shared this entree, and it was so much food, we actually got a to go container. The clams were almost twice the serving I had anywhere, and the sides were huge. We were also served a brown Sack of yummy hush puppies when we sat down too! The clams were delicious, as well as the sides, all cooked and seasoned right. Definitely returning, particularly for the clams!

If you want a relaxing but amazing experience, Rusty Bellies it is! We love this place lunch, dinner, family time...anytime! Sit outside by the water and just enjoy the best place in Tarpon Springs! The food is beyond delicious, Shrimp & Grits, fish & chips, hush puppies...all are fantastic! And if you want to relax even more they serve some of the best drinks, my fave is the Goombay Smash! On a hot afternoon they have some great options! The service staff is always amazing....running around like crazy but always thoughtful and responsive! It's a busy place so get there early and just enjoy the scene! Highly recommend Rusty Bellies! Hands down! You won't be disappointed!

We have lived in Palm Harbor for 51 yrs. The only place we go for fresh seafood is Rusty Bellies. The whole staff is outstanding. Meet Julie and Jack many years ago and the entire Russell family know seafood locally fresh caught. Have one of the best Grouper sandwiches in the entire area. The Redmam is tops. When we run low on our fresh caught seafood we in a pinch go to there seafood market. Hats off to the bar staff at tiki bar, our friend Maria , Kegan and the entire staff.

Dinner last evening was fabulous. Staff: Jasmine is our new favorite waitress. Always ask for Jasmine. Both personal and hilarious. Food: My wife Leslie reports the fish tacos are a must. Sister Lisa reports the Seafood gumbo was the best she has had. Son, Josh states the grouper sandwich has Frenchy's beat. I personally liked their new Shrimp and Grits. Cleanliness: Since the place is always packed it becomes a challenge and it ranked a 4.3 Atmosphere: For a seafood restaurant on the bayou of Tarpon Springs it's nice. But the interior needs a renovation for modern times. Give me a call and I'll redesign it for you. No tax on tips has my Presidential vote in November. Till next time, keep the wind on your front side, your head in the shade, and make the most of your precious life on earth. God Bless all, Ritchie

My family and I came here for dinner Sunday evening. We were seated promptly despite there appearing to be a large crowd waiting. This is possibly because we were in a smaller party. The service was friendly and our waitress Kayla was informative about the dishes. We received complementary hush puppies after we were seated. I can't recall the name of their shrimp and grits dish. It's a newer one their menu that I'd recommend. The grits have a bit more texture then I'm used too, but they heated up very well as leftovers for a tasty and hearty breakfast the next morning. We also got mussels in garlic butter sauce for the table. This was very delicious. I'm not usually impressed by mussel dishes because I find the texture is a little tough. This time around it was tender and perfectly cooked. The house salad was absolutely delicious. It was a generous portion of mixed greens topped with sweet and tart green apple that provided a great texture. The goat cheese added a nice creamy element. The pecans were sweet and nutty. Every component of the salad went so well together! We arrived during happy hour, where they offered discounted alcohol beverages. Sadly, my pineapple no-hitjo (mocktail) was full price. It would've been more cost effective to buy alcohol instead, which as a disappointment. Overall, we enjoyed our meals! I'd recommend.
